My Sims Town - Post Island Sim Life

This is Sims 4, the game, and how I've have configured it to play by using game mods, custom venues and houses.  The save file started just before Island Life expansion was released some time ago and has survived numerous patches and other expansions.   My style of play is geared towards house hopping and with a few legacy houses in a large community of villages; a town of Sims.

The main villages are Sulani, Oasis Springs, and Windenburg, with Sulani being the main focus point with the nine families that live there. Oasis Springs is a spill over where the extras live and offspring from the families in Sulani.  Windenburg contains two maintained lots, the Lighthouse and the Dresden House, with the descendents of the Bjergsen's and Fyres.

Sulani

The main community is Sulani, the world that came with Island Life.  It consists of the families Helm's, Ngata's, Hill's, Landgraab's, and Keahoa's.   The Helm's live in the Reef Finery lot with the house modified to suit the needs of the family.  The Helm's is treated as the main matriarch legacy family   The Ngata's live on the Sapphire Lot in a custom house and is a patriarch legacy family.  Tane Ngata is Oliana's son and is married to Kade Helm's daughter, Daniela.

The Hills at Journey's End are close friends to the Ngata's.  Allie Hill has known Daniela Ngata since childhood where they meet in elementary school. Allie married Kyle Hill and moved to Journey's End to start their family.  Allie is Candy Behr's daughter.

The Helms at Reef Finery is the starting house of this save, with a CAS made sim named Kade Helms who would meet up with Leila.  They will end up with two children, Daniela and Daphne.  Daphne was my first sim going to college and is now building her family at the Reef.

Kealoha's at Kin-Ship is the home of Nani Kealoha, daughter of Lilliana and [whats his name], she is a good friend of Tane and Daniela Ngata.  She ends up marrying Gilbert Landgraab, and the end of the road for the Kealoha name.  Nani and Gilbert ended up with five children, two of which are twins and are now scattered around Oasis Springs.

At Lagoon Look is the Navarez family that comes from the Windenburg Bjergsen's.  Elsa Bjergsen married Sione Navarez and moved to Sulani along with her best of best ever friends, Evie Delgato.  Evie the beach bum of her generation.

Tangle Flats contains Christie [lost name] and Lukas Fyres, the two archeologist who dealt with the jungle. The basement is full of artifacts found from their trips to the jungle.  Lukas is a good friend of Tane Ngata and is related to the Windenburg Fyres. 

Chieftain Villa has the Paewai family and the current occupants are descendants of the original occupants that came with the game.  Now has the twins Russell and Jason Paewai as the owners.  Russell is the father of Arielle.  This house has been extensively modified from it original, but still contains it's character.

Pier Perfection is Tane's old home when he was with his mother, Oliana, as a child.  When Olilana passed, Evie came in to take responsibility of the teen Tane, which began the whole story about Tane.  Tane eventually moves to Sapphire Shores and the house is now under the control of Blair Weller, who is Yuki Behr's Daughter.

The Beach House is a dancing venue that is frequently visited by the island sims.   This was a park in the original version.  A good place to meet young adult sims.

I treat certain houses in a legacy style play, where the owner must trace his roots back to the original owner.  All of the houses in Sulani are treated this way along with the Dresden and The Lighthouse in Windenburg.

Oasis Springs

Oasis Springs or Oasis for short, contains spill over sims from Sulani along with some sims that were grab from the street.  Also this is where most of the custom houses are built.  If I see a sim that has some possibilities they will get plunked from the street and placed into a starter house, such as Nookstone.  Some houses are not shown which shows the growth that can occur quiet easily.   This is home to most of  Nani and Gilbert's children and are visited quiet often. 

Besides the Landgraab children, Oasis is home to Sara Walshen and the desendants of the Landgraab family (Nancy was popular) at Rio Verde.   Sara is a friend and former room mate of the Ngata's and has her family here. 

The Landgraabs is a name that will stick around for a while, with Nani having four boys, along with Nancy Landgraab having three children, with Christopher Landgraab marrying Sara Walshen.

Yuma Heights has the owners of the DressShop. 

Oasis has the park.  This is the original park but modified to include all the additions from the expansions, such as a basketball court, swimming pool, water slide and toddler games.  The lot was given the Teen Neighborhood lot trait and makes the park a popular spot for teens and along with all the children toys, children also frequent the park.

Oasis also has a restaurant venue, Casa Diaz, a gym, and a museum.

Windenburg

Windenburg contains two main houses, The Lighthouse and the Dresden House.   The Lighthouse is home of the Bjergsen family line, though now it has a new last name, Zest.  The Dresden house is the Fyre family and still holds that name.

In the original start, the Bjergsens had two daughters, Sofia and Elsa.  Sofia inherited the house and Elsa moved to the Sulani.  The house is not the original except in the floor plan.  A third floor attic was added also.

The Dresden house has the Fyres, decendants of the Moria and [need name].  This house has been expanded to include a separate house used for the in-laws.
