Chapter 11 - A New Old Chapter

I lost the first ten chapters due to a save file corruption, and had to restart.  I do have chapters 1-10, but they are somewhat irrelevant,  with chapters 11-18 covering the old 1-10.  There is one big difference and will be noted when the time comes.

 Chapter 11- A New Old Chapter.

Tane is the child of Oliana Ngata who lived in the Reef Finery with Leila Illes who I suppose was Oliana's lover.  Kade, my CAS sim moved in to the island and stole Leila away, moved in and out went Oliana and Tane in a house swap.  At this point there is no reason for Tane to have any affection towards Kade.

 

 

But they seemed to hit it off just fine even after the Leila told Oliana that the deal was off between them. Now Oliana will have nothing to do with Leila at this point. But bygones will be bygones.

Daniela was born shortly there after.  I quickly cheated on Daniela's toddler stage for I was eager to see if she had the right genetics. Close enough, but I bleached her hair from golden to a more whitish blonde.  She's on the island waiting for her father, Kade, to finish up his conservation chores.

Leila is just starting out in her artist career and getting familiar with the workout gear that came with Kade's move in.  There was not much modification to the original house, so no issues there, except that I did change out the shower.

Daniela did the good thing of washing the dishes, but decided to wash them upstairs in the master suite and at the wrong time. Leila decided to teach the meaning of sorry, and a bit about the birds and the bees to Daniela.

And then Leila put Daniela in bed for the night.

The discussion continued the next morning. 'Soooo... does this mean I be getting a new baby brother?'

After school Daniela decided to take a different route and took a little bypass off the main trail. 'I often wondered what is up here.'  So with confidence, she marched forward onto the boardwalk.

Oliana and Tane moved into the Pier Perfection house and little did Daniela know, that she was going to meet a very special person for the first time.

Tane and Daniela meeting for the the first time when they were children.  It satisfied one of Daniela's whims - Make a new child friend. Tane is a few more sim days in age over Daniela and is impressing Daniela with his knowledge of fractions.

Daniela met Oliana.  'I don't think she's a mermaid', she says to herself. 'Gosh your big', she mutters out as Tane silently eats his oats.

Daniela brought Tane back to her house and when he went into his old room, who Daniela now sleeps, he seem quite surprise with all the new toys that where in there. He was liking Daniela a bit more.  'Whoa', he whispers, 'they have a chess table.'

 Tane pretty much claimed his old room back, even made a mess in front of the dresser. Daniela ended up cleaning it up before she gets the blame, while Tane checks out the doll house.

The goal is to get back to where I was, but seeing these two as children, I figure I stick around and see what kind of trouble I can get these two in. Do want to get their grades up.
