I using Pralinesims Flower and Tender overlay skins for now. I loose the tan lines when I do, going to try the default skins here soon and see what happens. I like to get the tanning back in the picture, right now I believe its BetterBody default skin.
Chapter 32 - Moving On
With Daniela and Nani living in the city, I've been kinda stuck in the city with those two, so it was time for me to move on and see what's up with Tane at Pier Perfection. One big task I had with him was to break up or be just friends with the eight girlfriends he had. Some were tough to let go, for all had their qualities. The hardest was Christie, for she was living with him (and building character). I just couldn't kick her out, so Lucas Fyres would eventually to the rescue.
Without Daniela around, Tane wasn't the same. With all these girls, you would think he was in heaven, but none really fulfilled, there was always something missing.
Allie was mostly writing, either on the computer or in her journal and her singing was deployable. Allie's boyfriend is Loairo and the two are deciding where to move in together at. The giant Karaoke was a winter fest gift to one of Tane's girlfriends, I believe Elsa or Evie. They let him keep it since they weren't not much into Karaoke.
Christie was constantly working out and reading books on archeology. She wants to go to the jungle, a place that Tane isn't too thrilled about. Digging dirt for bones wasn't one of Tane's favorite pastimes.
He usually swims alone and is at this the time that he thinks about Daniela.
I let him go to the island where the two have spent time on when they where children.
She's over there.
Christie and Allie in the kitchen. Christie is thinking of moving on. She has met someone else that is a Jungle explorer and is planing an expedition here soon and he was looking for an archeologist. This was an opportunity she couldn't miss.
It was over a poorly made turkey which only compounded the issue with Allie who got tagged with the picky eater fame quirk, that Tane made is decision to break the relationship with Christie. But with her, he was able to get it down to be just friends. What luck.
For Jami Zest it required a mean break-up to say that it is all over between them. This gave Tane a 6 hour sad moonlet, which required three visits to the mirror. He would experience bad break-ups with Elsa, Evie, Jami, and Rarahu, with their relationship bar going -100%, with no effect on the friendship. As for Nani, Gabriella, Christie, and Blair there was no issue, just friends.
But in all it was well worth it. Daniela is back on the island living with her parents. She made her first visit with Tane before reaching her parents. It was like old times.
Daniela met Christie, not sure if it was the first time they met, but I let the two talk it out to know each other better.
Christie had a lot to say. The two just talk and talk, Tane didn't have a word edgewise.
Mother and daughter. So glad you're home.
Just in time for the holidays, the Helms are back together. Kade got the old tree out and Leila unpacked the decorations and the now the four light up the tree.
Daphne got a pirate ship for her winter fest present and was placed out front. Daniela and Daphne playing together and at the same time, getting Daphine's playful playtime on the jungle gym completed.
Daniela sees that Daphne is a Helm, out swimming with father from the dock of their house. Daniela soon joins them. It's good to be back home.
