 Chapter 31 - Refresh

So I finally caught up with my self.  My task now is get Daniela back to Reef Finery and have Tane break up with eight girlfriends. But before I send Daniela back, I wanted to give it another try at getting a sim to kiss her. I failed with Jeffery, so I have another  sim player, Gilbert, that will give it a shot.

I've added some more overlay skins, which I applied to Daniela and Nani and I probably will do the same to the eight girlfriends and to the eight boyfriends along with Tane and Allie (thats spelt 'a l i e'  but I'm not going to fight autocorrect).

There are two mods I'm adding - no shovel snow and no mopping puddles. Something that has finally reached the nuisance point - mopping and shoveling. I keep saying to myself, 'see if I can do it via Tuner', but I never think of it. So I will use these two mods.

So.

Going back to the Island did wonders for Daniela, but it seemed to also brighten up the City.  The Sun does come out in the city.

Early morning rise. Daniela is cooking up some omelets while Nani does some dancing as she waits for breakfast.  I really like to complete Nani's aspiration, she just needs to reach level 10 in charisma, but its like molasses, and it just made level 8.  She should be in front of mirror instead of dancing.
Daniela teaching Nani the piano.  The short three hours of mentoring was complete and Daniela completed her aspiration.  She is free to go.

Leila and Allie over for a visit. I thought it a good thing to do to have visitors from home coming over.
Daniela had to take advantage of this one early morning. Sun.
And time for a good dose of it.  Not quite the beach, but it's the same sun.
Had to get a selfie of Rarahu. A name I should change. If I can't pronounce it, it has to change.  And she is one of the eight Tane's girlfriends.  I'm slacking.
One last project to keep the A average. Behind the two is Demi Walsh who was targeted to be number eight for Tane, but Evie decided to complete that task.  Now, she comes over as the sim to do exercises together.
So I'm playing Gilbert and I got Daniela on a date. Just go with the provided script and you should get a kiss. Went to the club for the date and Daniela was already flirty.  I just need two sims to be flirty at one time. Gilbert, an active sim, was energized.  I threw flirts right and left to get him to be flirty. No go.
Maybe a flirty drink will do it. Well if the bar tender didn't walk out at that time that may had worked.
Secret, I'm so energized that I will be lucky to get silver on this date.  Hell with it.
So back at the apartment, everything went awry and even a suggestion of dating again met with total disaster. They're still friends, but that's all.

Well no boyfriend for Daniela, at least in the city. I need to get her back to the island and spend some time with her sister.

 Chapter 33 - Lucas When Christie broke up with Tane, she moved in with Lucas, who just lost his girl to the city with Blair moving in with Nani. A little bit of musical houses. Lucas, was a Jungle Explorer, which matches well with Christie's Archeology Scholar aspiration.  Christie also just aged up to Young adult and Lucas is not far behind. The only issue they had was money, but they had enough to do one three day visit to Selvadorada. Lucas Fyres is Morgan Fyres son.  The Fyres and the Bjergsen's in Windenburg are from the original save where the focus went from Windenburg to Sulani with the addition of Island Paradise.  Chapters 1-10 could be used to cover the time that Elsa Bjergsen meets Evie Delgato when they where children and they are close to being the same age. Chapter 32 - Moving On

 I using Pralinesims Flower and Tender overlay skins for now. I loose the tan lines when I do, going to try the default skins here soon and see what happens.  I like to get the tanning back in the picture, right now I believe its BetterBody default skin. Chapter 32 - Moving On With Daniela and Nani living in the city, I've been kinda stuck in the city with those two, so it was time for me to move on and see what's up with Tane at Pier Perfection. One big task I had with him was to break up or be just friends with the eight girlfriends he had.  Some were tough to let go, for all had their qualities.  The hardest was Christie, for she was living with him (and building character).  I just couldn't kick her out, so Lucas Fyres would eventually to the rescue. Chapter 15 - Move In

 Chapter 15 - Move In Having the calendar gives me the opportunity to put in break days for my Sims.  In the summertime, I have a one week summer break with one the days requiring fireworks and a barbecue and in the winter I have another one week break around Winterfest and New Years day.  I played the Ngata house at the Pier Perfection for a few days leading up to the winter break and decided to give Tane a break from his mom and spend it with the Helms. This required me to have Tane move in with the Helms, which required Oliana become friends with the Helms.  The easiest path was through Kade whom befriended Oliana enough to get Tane into the household. Oliana is a tough Sim to play for the slob trait isn't one of my favorites. I usually escape with Tane when I have a chance while playing this house.
