Chapter 27 - Evie's Birthday

 Tane and Daniela are my two mains, with Evie and Elsa as secondaries.  It was getting close to Evie's birthday, so I rushed to Lagoon Look and see what was going on.  This lot was my first experience with Island Life and thought a good place for Evie and Elsa. Evie in my first IL save ended with the Beach Life Aspiration, and I was just starting that at the time the system crashed.  I got her back to that stage and she needs to be an adult in order to complete it. Having a birthday party will show some of the Sims I have running around.  I have Evie and Elsa under my control.

Evie Delgato, cheerful and creative.  She actually did a portrait of Tane on canvas, even though she is a writer.  I force her to write stories for her income, but she appears to enjoy painting and playing musical instruments.
Elsa Bjergsen, is a genius and a foodie, and a chef at heart. She really deserves a better kitchen, with her building up her skill in gourmet dinners.  She was Tane's first girlfriend and is Evie's close friend since childhood.
Evie still has a spot for Lucas Fyres, and could get him in trouble since he is living with Blair Behr in the Tangle Flat house. Lucas is a Jungle Explorer, loves the outdoors and has a cheerful aspect.  He is targeted to be Christie's mate, but neither knows that.
Cousins Blair and Allie banter on the deck with Tane looking on.  Off in the distance is Christopher Landgraab whom I'm trying to find a match for.  I do want to get a cat for Blair, since she has the Cat Lover trait and I have yet to handle a pet.
Elsa, Lucas, and Evie, just after Evie became a YA. Very little difference and why I treat teens more as college students than teens.
It appears all are showing up for the birthday party,  Let's see, Gabriella, Laurie Bjergsen, Tane, Jesse Fyres, Sione Kealoha, Kade, and Manuia Opaluni. Two are new sims to the story, Laurie who is Sofia Bjergsen daughter - Elsa's niece - is the youngest of the group.  Sione Kealoha is an orphan in care of the Richardson's in Oasis Springs.  Manuia is also part of the orphans living at the Richardsons.
Blair was in an embarrass mood, guessing it was caused by the bantering with her cousin Allie at the start, so she was more a less out of the party mood most of the time.
So I have this mod that helps out in the homework department, trouble is, if the sim has homework to do and its in their inventory, they with auto in doing it, even if it is extra credit. What I like about the mod is that it rewards the for their grade, meaning it takes less time to do homework as their grade increases.  I just need to remember to get their homework done before starting activities such as parties,

I pretty much left the sims do their thing as I look for pictures.  I'll direct Evie or Elsa to non-participating sims if necessary. Such as taking the opportunity for Elsa to know her niece a little better.
Kade and Leila where the only adults at the party and I had auto on in WW. The two would take advantage of the unused bed in Elsa's bedroom. 
Laurie is a Bjergsen, blue eye and blonde hair. A perfectionist and materialistic sim.  Elsa is still stuck on doing her homework while Evie gathers up the dirty dishes.

Jesse is telling stories of his time in the city. Any news of Daniela and Nani is of interest to the islanders.
The next morning, Elsa gets a game in with her new boyfriend, Sione. Elsa birthday is next in line, but still have a few days before that happens.  Sione is part of four orphans that live in Oasis.  One of which has a crush for Daniela.

 Chapter 33 - Lucas When Christie broke up with Tane, she moved in with Lucas, who just lost his girl to the city with Blair moving in with Nani. A little bit of musical houses. Lucas, was a Jungle Explorer, which matches well with Christie's Archeology Scholar aspiration.  Christie also just aged up to Young adult and Lucas is not far behind. The only issue they had was money, but they had enough to do one three day visit to Selvadorada. Lucas Fyres is Morgan Fyres son.  The Fyres and the Bjergsen's in Windenburg are from the original save where the focus went from Windenburg to Sulani with the addition of Island Paradise.  Chapters 1-10 could be used to cover the time that Elsa Bjergsen meets Evie Delgato when they where children and they are close to being the same age. This along with my time at The Lighthouse and the Dresden house and the two sets of sisters that live there. Chapter 32 - Moving On

 I using Pralinesims Flower and Tender overlay skins for now. I loose the tan lines when I do, going to try the default skins here soon and see what happens.  I like to get the tanning back in the picture, right now I believe its BetterBody default skin. Chapter 32 - Moving On With Daniela and Nani living in the city, I've been kinda stuck in the city with those two, so it was time for me to move on and see what's up with Tane at Pier Perfection. One big task I had with him was to break up or be just friends with the eight girlfriends he had.  Some were tough to let go, for all had their qualities.  The hardest was Christie, for she was living with him (and building character).  I just couldn't kick her out, so Lucas Fyres would eventually to the rescue. Chapter 15 - Move In

 Chapter 15 - Move In Having the calendar gives me the opportunity to put in break days for my Sims.  In the summertime, I have a one week summer break with one the days requiring fireworks and a barbecue and in the winter I have another one week break around Winterfest and New Years day.  I played the Ngata house at the Pier Perfection for a few days leading up to the winter break and decided to give Tane a break from his mom and spend it with the Helms. This required me to have Tane move in with the Helms, which required Oliana become friends with the Helms.  The easiest path was through Kade whom befriended Oliana enough to get Tane into the household. Oliana is a tough Sim to play for the slob trait isn't one of my favorites. I usually escape with Tane when I have a chance while playing this house.
